As summer rolls in, a cup of refreshing ice cream is one of the best way to beat the summer sun!
Among the many classic ice-cream flavours, matcha is a staple in many dessert shops, lending their menu a bit of Japanese flair. Sure enough, the grassy flavour of matcha is offset by the creamy ice-cream, creating a sweet yet unique flavour that leaves you craving for more!
Want to amp up the deliciousness even further? Why not add some brown sugar syrup? Give it a try!
